Q-BUNKER
When Q-Day comes, be underground.
Quantum computers will read private keys from public ones. Q-Bunker vaults are sealed by hash-based Lamport signatures: no ECDSA, no admin, no upgrade. $QBNK powers the bunker.
awaiting deployment
Your public key is on display.
Every transaction you've ever sent from a normal wallet published your full ECDSA public key onchain, forever. That's all Shor's algorithm needs to work out your private key.
ATTACK 01 // AT REST
Old wallets, whales and dormant coins with exposed public keys get cracked offline, one by one.
ATTACK 02 // ON SPEND
You broadcast a tx. Your key appears in the mempool. A fast quantum machine derives it and front-runs you.
DEFENSE // HASHES
Hash functions only get a square-root speedup (Grover). No Shor shortcut. Signatures are the weak link; hashes are not.
The smartest people in the room are already worried.
How exposed is your wallet?
Paste any Ethereum address. We check onchain whether its public key has already been revealed, and how much is sitting behind it.
Sealed by hashes. Opened once.
A Lamport key is 256 pairs of secrets. To sign, you reveal one secret from each pair, picked by the bits of the message. The contract re-hashes them and checks the result. Then the vault rotates to a fresh key in the same transaction, so a revealed key is worthless.
Generate Bunker Key
32 random bytes created in your browser and backed up as 24 words. They derive every one-time Lamport key. No ECDSA is involved.
Deploy your Vault
A minimal smart wallet whose only owner is the hash of your first Lamport public key. No admin, no proxy, no upgrade.
Move assets in
Send ETH, ERC-20s or NFTs to the vault address. Funds now answer only to hash-based signatures.
Sign once, rotate
Every withdrawal reveals one key and commits the next. A relayer (even your MetaMask) only pays gas and controls nothing.
The token powers the bunker.
Gas Fund
1% of every trade becomes ETH that subsidises the heavy quantum-safe vault transactions (~680k gas each) or buys back $QBNK.
Bunker Staking
Stake $QBNK and earn the other 1% in real ETH. No lock, no admin. The bunker pays rent to those inside.
Vault Burn
Creating a vault can burn $QBNK. Every new bunker shrinks supply. Hard-capped in the contract.
Relayer fees
Vault operations can pay their relayer in $QBNK. A native fee market for quantum-safe transactions.
Siren alerts
Holders unlock exposure alerts for their wallets and quantum-progress alerts (Telegram bot, phase 2).
Silo tier
Large holders get multi-wallet monitoring, treasury vaults for DAOs and a vote on the Gas Fund.

BUNKER STAKING
Open your bunker.
Everything runs in your browser. Your Bunker Key never leaves this page and is never sent anywhere.
STEP 1 — generate and back up your Bunker Key
STEP 2 — deploy vault (gas paid by connected wallet)
Roadmap
Does Q-Bunker protect my normal wallet?
No. Nothing can make an existing ECDSA wallet quantum-safe. Q-Bunker protects only the assets you move into a vault.
Why is a vault transaction expensive?
A Lamport signature is about 16 KB, so one operation costs roughly 680k gas. That is the price of a signature quantum computers can't forge. The Gas Fund exists to subsidise it.
Who can move my funds?
Only someone who knows your Bunker Key. The contract has no owner, no admin and no upgrade path. The relayer that submits your transaction only pays gas.
Is Ethereum itself quantum-safe?
Not yet. Validator BLS keys and EOAs still use elliptic curves, and Ethereum researchers have published emergency plans. Q-Bunker removes the ECDSA dependency from your funds today.
Is it audited?
Not yet. The contracts are tested (unit, fuzz and mainnet-fork tests). Until the external audit, the site enforces a deposit cap. Never deposit more than you can afford to lose.
